MOWBRAY, J. Leonard
After helping to extinguish a house fire which claimed the life of a four year old boy, Firefighter J. Leonard Mowbray mentioned he was not feeling well. He was taken to the emergency room of the local hospital where he suffered fatal heart attack. Sadly, all resuscitation attempts were unsuccessful. Firefighter J. Leonard Mowbray was 59 years old and had served 19 years.
